Pros

During my employment at John Perez Graphics & Design, I learned some of the most valuable career lessons and cutting-edge design methodologies that I would have never been able to experience with any other company. These processes and John’s leadership sets them apart as leaders upon which the industry depends. His attention to detail and expectation of nothing less than the best helped shape the company into what is it today. I can honestly say that the lessons experienced, and the friendships and relationships that I was able to foster through JPGD are above all others, the deepest and most meaningful that I’ve made in my entire life. After decades of doing business with JPGD, I’m honored to say that I still consult for John Perez Graphics and Design.

Cons

None that I can immediately think of

Pros

If you want to learn how to be a good salesmen to sell not only yourself but a company as well, then this is the place to go. The owner is good with his words and knows how to make you and his clients feel safe in choosing his company. It's strange because this job wasn't that bad all the time, but the good vibes never lasted and I felt like I was always on the edge of being yelled at. There is good moments, but they do not make up for all the negatives this place has hiding within.

Cons

This company looks good on the surface, but the owner tries to stall projects, he finds ways to cheat his clients out of their money, and he abuses his staff. The owner has an abusive personality in which he over extends his control and power, and then thinks he makes it okay by throwing bonuses at his employees, but eventually the employees are too worn out and mistreated to consider money as an acceptable compensation for the abuse. The owner also would always make rude comments about his employees, clients, and even random strangers on their appearance or how stupid they may be to him.
