When i joined, the company seemed to be a market leader and going places. Management knew what they were doing and things got done.

Experience has left the business consistently over the last last few years, weakening the business and performance is showing this. Completely demoralising to work against unrealistic targets without the right tools or training to achieve. No trust to allow remote working for a team who work entirely on the phone/email.

Management No sickness pay, will work you ragged till you break then you get in trouble for any sickness taken, will not accept that the way the management team runs their staff is a factor to a constant high turnover. They want you to show commitment to the job outside your office hours but will not meet you in making it attractive for you to do so, I.e I come in early and leave late often and am never thanked but if you want a doctors appointment you will have to come in early and give up your lunch breaks for the week to take the appointment, which must also be booked at the end of the day. Just basically if you want to work somewhere that respects it’s workers don’t work here I’m afraid.
