      Work work work pros work so much I didn't have time to spend money

      They schedule everyone to work weekends then cancel Friday so you can't ever make plans

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
