Pros

they have one of the best fire panels on the market IMO. Have been trained on several systems. Simplex is by far the most robust and logical to use. Thing i can do in software has to be done with relay logic in other panels. The bigger the system, the more it shines.

Cons

you are a number to them and they will use and abuse you if you don't have a spine. Pretty much have to quite before they will give you any type of big raise beyond the 1 to 3 % cost of living bump and manger's are limited on the % hand out to a group for the district. if you get more the guy next to you is get less.
