      Pros

      If you are an non-resident alien, the Johnson Controls will pay for your H-1 sponsorship. Also, the working environment is very flexible.

      Cons

      Not many but few of the cons are while transiting to the full time I have heard that no bonus salary is offered, along with the average salary rate offered by the company. But overall, for a fresh graduate Johnson Controls proves to be a good start.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
