      Pros

      If you want to progress this is the company for you. If you want it you can have it. They are happy to give you opportunities to learn and progress. In central functions the international exposure is huge.

      Cons

      It's a 24/7 working environment. It can be absolutely relentless at times, but is also almost addictive. Part time working is non-existent.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
