Pros
Redid our office and made it a little cleaner. Got a company take home van which is always a benefit.
Cons
Had to cut back on way to many things that we were use to having. Insurance is horrible... all plans (a whole 3) are deductible based and you probably wont ever meet it. 401k is not matched till the end of the year. Losing employees because of the way things are ran.
