Cool Products, Good Teams, solid local management. Fun projects. I generally enjoy my work and would stay for a career if corporate left us alone.

Cons

Pay Freezes, multi-year promotion freezes, cutting benefits. Local leadership has ZERO power to control salary or promotion path of individuals. Hemorrhaging employees and talent every week.
