Pros
At a working level the people tend to want to work together and do their best.
Cons
Poor executive management that is interested in self preservation. Management believes most work can simply be outsourced to allow for short term solutions. Work/life balance is poor especially with the lack of recognition and rewards. Poor office environment that is noisy but management thinks is cool.
