Pros
All the perks that come with a large organization, when the business is doing well. Good tuition benefit if you wish to take advantage of it. Name recognition which can good in some instances. Ability to move within the company as there are branches all over the world.
Cons
Sales is always king. Nothing else matters. It is as simple as that. Expect re-orgs every few years where they go back to how things were before the last re-org.
