      Offers flexitime, salaries are released promptly, medical and other benefits even during probation period, silent work environment, employees can practice their religion freely

      Cons

      Job and salary is not commensurate to capability. Either you are overwhelmed with tasks for 3 people or you are doing the same simplest task over again, daily, without opportunity of expanding your functions.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
