Pros

Good local office environment and good benefits

Cons

JCI is retroactively changing the commission plan for all sales reps and is refusing to pay commissions that were earned under the 2023 plan. The pay plan specifically detailed how and when we were to be paid, but the company is now refusing to pay what is owed. JCI spends a lot of time talking about ethics and doing the right thing, but that obviously doesn't apply to CEO George Oliver or his executive staff. JCI sales reps are leaving the company in droves and going to work for companies that actually care about their employees and honor the commitments they make.
