      Right now, I can't think of any Pros It is a culture that is TOXIC

      Cons

      The current work environment raises several concerns: Excessive micromanagement Constantly shifting KPIs Aggressive communication style Mandatory 5-day in-office policy Work-Life Balance is horrible Overall, it’s not a supportive or rewarding place to work. These issues are impacting morale and productivity.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
