      A lot of information, global process, global network, etc., easy to access and learn global standard. World's most ethical company, I absolutely agree with that.

      Cons

      Low selary comparing with the reputation of the company. Co-work between the teams that have different managements is hard to achieve.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
