      Pros

      Upper management is fantastic when I was there. The JOCO system is well organized and run in such a way that they remain efficient and productive. I was impressed.

      Cons

      Never really sure what you will get with lower management. However, it was a very team-/group-oriented environment. Would have considered working with JOCO government in some capacity if not for a life change.
