Pros
If you need a job with an early start time this is good.
Cons
Where should i start, the turnover rate is ridiculous! They are always desperate for more people, i got hired on the spot and they continuously hired new people every day the whole time i was there. Leadership is condescending, all the care about is overworking you on the phone to make calls. They monitor you and if you're off a call for a second too long they are on you. They want you to repeatedly call the same providers even if you're verbally abused. I've worked in other call centers and the number one rule is that if a client, customer etc. becomes aggressive and verbally abusive its ok to disconnect the call. Its also extremely cliquish here, think high school. No sense of professionalism. Then there is the two scheduled breaks and lunch time that the whole office takes at the same time. Its weird and you always feel pressed for time. They also are not understanding about taking a day off for personal appointments or sick days. JRP is a prime example of a company that cares about making a buck more than its employees.
