When I first started working at CFCU 8 years ago, management actually cared about their employees and I felt like I was valued. Over the years, things changed. Management could care less about the employees and I have overheard VP's talking about employees like they were trash. They are pretty flexible when it comes to family things if you need time off.

The pay is awful for the amount of work you do. They have an employee of the month system but it seems to just be favoritism. I worked my butt off for 7 years and never once got nominated. When I finally put my two weeks in - I didn't even get a goodbye from upper management, even after working for them for so many years. All management cares about it making money and making sure they get their big bonuses and benefits...the rest of us are nothing.
