Pros
Salary on Time ( you must not be changing a job only for salary on-time) They hire young and good people (but these people come and go)
Cons
It may sound grandiose but I honestly believe these people are destroying more careers then making one. In a little company of 30 people 19 people left, fired or kicked out in a year. A six year old -and still a start up - with over 50% attrition rate. May be, this time, they strategically lay off in small chunks to save themselves of bad news. Last time they sent a whole dramatic newsletter, showing sympathy to companies like tiny owl, saying we also laid off and we felt bad. Absolute drama on media. This is their second big lay off. And not in news yet. They do a good job creating a virtual superficial hyped colorful- image. Like a polished big empty vessel they produce good sounds but its all empty inside. And it’s not just empty, It’s rusting. Thought leadership is the biggest propaganda here – but sad, their own company struggle to manage employs. Attrition rate is as high as 50%. Work-life absolutely imbalanced, Micromanagement, no job security, after office work, people are sick and tired of traveling in sales, and you might be wasting your Saturdays and Sundays also They talk about flat organization – In a small company of 30 people if an employee can talk to his manager and they flaunt it as a flat culture, than may be. So why they hire people when sooner or later they fire them or create a dirty situation that people themselves put down the paper.? Simple- they experiment. Stop yourself from being their next Gunea pig. If this sounds superlative, do yourself a favor. Go to linkedin, connect with their employees... ask them if they have left this company, if yes, ask them why.? Do your ground research. If you follow them on linkedin, you will be shocked to hear sad facts from there ex employees. But if you are still adamant and blindly running on your career path then be prepared to fall flat on your face and regret later.
