-Jon is passionate about his clients, his cases, and his staff. -He is a zealous advocate and creates an environment that inspires staff to be zealous advocates as well. -Staff is often recognized for their efforts and Jon makes sure the team knows that they are valued and essential to his practice. -You learn so much about the law and the day-in-day-out of criminal defense. If there is an opportunity to learn from something Jon is working on, he will take the time to explain to you how and why it is important. -Jon takes aspiring lawyers under his wing and helps guide them along the path. -The team as a whole is caring and a joy to be around, but they know when to lock in and get things done.

-Jon is very meticulous, but iron sharpens iron, so our clients receive only our best work. -The nature of the work can be very heavy and intense.

Honestly there are no pros

-did not accommodate any deviation from the schedule, even when communicated with ample time prior to the absence -took no accountability when confronted about his manner of speaking to employees -took no accountability for creating a hostile environment -sabotaged opportunities by badmouthing to potential employers repeatedly -does not value nor appreciate staff, instead adding to their duties without communicating additional workload and expecting employees to anticipate his varying needs
