They don’t care about their staff at all . The upper management don’t know what they are doing - they then lie to cover their own backs . You are just a body not a person . Procedures - well, there are none, it gets made up as you go along . You don’t have a say it’s very simple, their way or no way . I don’t understand how , when they can’t look after the safety of their own employees or public they get to even operate !!! Very quick to get rid of you . Don’t support you at all . You will never be good enough . Get out as soon as you can !!!
