Great co workers and customers! Meeting publishers and authors

Cons

Business is bad due to online competition and discount retailers. Management has to make plan numbers which are higher than l/y - the company has not hit these numbers in over two years not due to the hard work of its employees. Lot of bad decisions made by "service center" in regards to the Bistro and staffing.
