Pros
Flexible hours and plenty of time off. i.e. work 3 days, 12 hour shifts, and get paid a full 40. Good and friendly people to work with including managers you directly report to. Drive company provided vehicle, and also provide equipment to do your job effectively.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations placed on you by upper management. i.e. make a mistake no matter how minor, and they will look to fire you. Management will not factor in any other things like attendance, overall work, etc... before making a decision to fire people. Your track record, length of service, doesn't matter, make a mistake and you're gone. Benefits aren't that great either due to the fact that this is a small company.
