Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We’re glad you found the benefits package competitive but we’re obviously disappointed that you didn’t feel supported during your time with us. Negative feedback on our culture, which we’re incredibly proud of and something we’ve invested a huge amount of time in, is unusual, especially regarding lack of support. We meticulously track more than ten measures that hold us accountable for upholding our commitment to support employees and contribute to a great culture. These include wellness, happiness, relationship with manager & peers and personal growth of which we consistently score 8.4 out of 10 which is considered ‘great’ as a benchmark. We also monitor and share our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) on a weekly basis with all employees, and this currently sits at 65 which is ‘amazing’ and significantly above the ‘worldclass’ benchmark. The feedback from our other Glassdoor reviews is also overwhelming positive, with a score of 4.9*/5* and 100% of previous reviewers would recommend us as a great place to work. Our custom employee engagement surveys sent out bi-weekly give us a greater understanding of how our team are doing and provides all employees the chance to let us know how they’re feeling, which we take very seriously and ensure all feedback is promptly actioned. Our personal development plan (now called My Journey Plan) is tracked and checked into with managers weekly, monthly & quarterly where discussions about challenges and difficulties (personal and professional) are encouraged. All the above measures are driven by employees and offer lots of opportunity for anonymity, which makes your feedback disappointing to us as it was never expressed during your employment. As you mentioned, our employee benefits packages are excellent and aimed at supporting all employees including hybrid working, a monthly ‘best self-bonus’ to be used for a well-being activity of your choice, an employee assistance program (EAP) and 30 days holiday. Pros

The culture is exceptional, They truly hire like minded people who are genuinely decent and want to work hard. Being employee owned adds the incentive for everyone to do their best, Management is great and you have full transparency at every level. Consistent training is given across all levels and it is really useful.

Pros

very attentive in the beginning - they want to make their client happy and they have great team bonding events

Cons

Strange old fashioned ideas about job profiles - "Wear a suit to demonstrate attention to detail and professionalism." - I never saw that as a focus of my profession.
