Pros
Working at Journeyfront has been an incredible experience for me. I've been given lots of ownership, been able to bring my ideas to life, and make a big impact. The work has been hard, but very rewarding, as I've been able to work on projects that shape the company. If there was something I wanted to get done I always felt like I had the support of the team. I also like that people who work hard and deliver results get more rewards from the company in the form of equity and compensation, as well as more responsibility.
Cons
Journeyfront is still an early stage startup which means you have to work a lot and it's pretty stressful. Because it's a smaller company, each person has a lot of responsibility on their shoulders which means there is more pressure to perform.
