      Pros

      Jovio has been an incredible opportunity for me in the 6 months I have been there. The energy at Jovio is always ecstatic, and team's excitement around company goals inspirers the quality and authenticity of our work.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do and I wouldn't recommend to anyone looking to kick back and coast in a low-key role. Team members work hard and assume various roles. Every position is a leadership position.

      Pros

      This company is filled with the best people in the industry. All the employees get a say and are dedicated to helping each other succeed. The CEO puts his people first and that was apparent quickly.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I wish I would have started here sooner.

      - There is enough to do where, in any position you can own your impact and create the work you want to do. - Very team oriented experience - The problem Jovio is solving will make a real impact on the economy and help the middle-class, those who need it most. - Currently a small team environment (depending on what you like) - Career advancement is not limited, but rather up to how much you want to put in

      - Currently a small team environment (depending on what you like) - Working with a startup budget, compensation is less competitive than Fortune 500 or Fortune 100 companies
