The benefits and pay are ok, the schedule is great, but the working conditions (resin handling and breathing in plastic fog) are good or bad depending on what machine you're on. Chances are 50/50. Human resources-some of the best in the business. Decent bonuses occur if you work consistent. Company is growing fast at its Triad location.
