Nothing special.Only waste of time money and energy

Only those with "Yes boss" or "Aamaam sir" or to be frank bootlickers can survive. Not at all a place for those who work sincerely. With just handful of faculty, the dept.s are run with faculty not getting any rest. Most faculties are asked to take classes for subjects that they have just heard of. After one year or so, the faculty are fired in the name of of poor feedback.Recently a faculty who got 4.8, 4.92, 4.94 etc in the feedback in the last sem was asked to go out stating that their feedback is poor in July. Moreover, there are no lab facilities and no guidance or assistance for research, Even libraries are badly equipped. Old and outdated books from Rajas Engg college alone are there. Pls dont opt this University. If you do so, your life is gone.

It's hard to find something positive about Joy University

Joy University has an extremely poor work culture. In most departments, a single faculty member is burdened with handling more than five subjects, highlighting a severe faculty shortage. The library resources are inadequate, yet they are running a PhD program with subpar research facilities and minimal research assistance. Faculty development is neglected; there is no support for attending Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and no incentives for publications. The university makes numerous promises before hiring, but it is not a suitable workplace for individuals from reputed institutions. During financial crunches, those with higher salaries are targeted, resulting in poor job security. The lab facilities are also very poor, forcing compromises on academic integrity. Joy University is synonymous with unethical activities, ultimately compromising the future of students.
