good people and good environment surrounding the company, very relaxed

Great team culture - everyone fully invested in growing the brand, everyone works really hard but socialise and celebrate the wins too Lots of responsibility - trusted to deliver in my area and through my team, given lots of autonomy over function Great industry - beer is just a lot of fun to work in, particularly when its as drinkable as JUBEL Annual ski trip - nothing like it

Really struggling for an answer for this: fast-paced, full-on and a lot hard yards and graft, but love that about it. I can see that would be a con for some people though.
