Bad conditions! There should be a regulation for people like this - Software Tester Jubi AI Employee Review

So I have been with jubi.ai for about three months now and I have to say that my experience, has been nothing but great, out here I am working with about 20 young people filled with energy and enthusiasm, and two bosses who are more like friends and love to help you learn and grow in various aspects not only work. What makes this place truly great is that new ideas are not only welcomed but encouraged, on top of that you are given freedom to work the way you want. I have to say I have learned and grown more in the last three months than I did in a year when I was running my own startup.

As for the cons, its the same as in all startups that work hours can get a little crazy sometimes but it is a lifestyle you choose.

Nothing in my mind.One star is very high for this company.

Bad working environment. no respect. No learning , no growth. The management is worst.All the project manager position of the "company" is run by CEO's family members (sister or brother).They are not qualified but they can take your night's sleep and make your life miserable. The salary is credited after 2 or 3 months,it is much lesser than they said at the time of interview. On the top of that,it is credited through one of the project manager personal bank account.(family members).not through company. They can fire you any time and won't give you any experience certificate or any proof that you work for them. You can suffer from depression and anxiety problem after they rudely fire you.So be prepared mentally. As they didn't provide any proof about employment...other companies consider you as a fresher...you may think about switching to different industries even. So I highly advice you not to Join rather prepare for anything.
