Okay work, bad management - Print Estimator Juke Box Print Employee Review

Not the worst job, and my immediate coworkers were helpful and kind. Management is terrible, leaving you feeling unsupported and unempowered. When dealing with difficult clients support or advice from those above would have been helpful but instead it was micro-managing and adding stress rather than helping to resolve problems. It seems likely the stress and poor management above me was likely caused by a top-down structure that put pressure on all levels below them. Some people could get past this as the job itself was okay, but for me it wasn't worth it.
