Zero transparency Zero leadership Zero integrity They had an OT we could reach out to for assistance but recently found out they're gone so now theres no OT help to turn to. What kind of business has zero mentorship or educational opportunities for an extremely niche area of OT. Theres a large divide between the OTs and the rest of the team. We are clearly just cogs in a wheel. I couldn't even tell you who the CEO, HR person, or anyone else on the team even is. They don't send out emails regarding new updates etc and except people to check an app for messages every day and keep their schedule updated every single week for new cases. Well I've barely had any cases since being hired last year but god forbid my schedule isn't up to date I'm the one reprimanded. This place truly sucks and puts zero value or investments into their OT network. They're a sinking ship in my opinion. Much better companies doing similar work out there. Stay far, far away if you value yourself.
