Dear Anonymous employee, we value feedback and would like to learn more about your experience, and what prompted this negativity. We pride ourselves as working as a team and an extended family, have strict policies against over time, require schedules to be posted two weeks ahead, and so find this experience is not in keeping with our intended policies. Without knowing who you are or where you worked, it is nearly impossible to take this as a learning opportunity.
