We are a union shop. Promotions and internal job opportunities are based on seniority and skill levels, NOT favoritism, NOT Ethnicity or religion. On January 1st USW LOCAL 2003 and its members finalized a 4 year contract from 2024-2027 All hourly employees received a $3 an hour raise on January 1st 2024. January 1st 2025 =$1 January 1st 2026= $1 January 1st 2027 = $1 I’ve learned so much over my 16 years working in the cold mill. Knowledge that gets passed down from old school to new school can’t be learned in a classroom. Ive learned by getting my hands dirty, listening, and being attentive. From coworkers, to shift supervisors, to Coldmill managers all got me to where I am now. Knowledge is key

There’s always negatives. Everywhere. Just depends on wether you wanna focus on that.
