      Pros

      Good for getting ownership and exposure. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership and constant work pressure may ruin your peace and work life balance. Great engineers and product managers have already left. Code quality is deteriorating and the leftover PMs are hopeless. Everyone is insecure about their job because of layoffs and office politics.

      You get to work on high impact projects from the start. The organization has a nice culture with a high level of transparency, great scope of learning while being a fun place to work.
