      nice working place, free lunches, friendly nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Management is just bad, they have no idea how they manage people, just because they make millions they can treat people really badly. They have plenty of financial resources and can make everyone stop moaning by giving a bit of money. Their managers are employed on a friendly/ family basis, no importance to CVs/ experience/ skills is given...

      Pros

      Small teams make it easy to be recognised, which enables hard working team members to be promoted to higher roles internally within the group companies. There is a great office environment with a work hard, play hard backing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is ambitious, that is willing to go the extra mile to grow with the company.

      Cons

      The free lunches don't help with the waist line!
