Pros
The others in my team are hardworking and a huge asset
Cons
- constant change in company direction, processes and systems - no proper staff reviews, progression plan, or care for the people - as a result very high staff turnover. They are then not replaced, causing huge strain on the others trying to pick the work up, who are already over stretched - very disjointed between different departments - both internal communication and communication to customers is very bad
