      You will have plenty of work to do.

      Cons

      Terrible culture and leadership. Say goodbye to evenings and weekends. You will be working all of the time for relatively low pay. Senior management is completely detached from reality and spend their time gallivanting at ridiculous fake award ceremonies.

      People here are amazing — the leaders are supportive, always encouraging you to learn, grow, and try new things. The work-life balance is great as well.

      Some of the work can feel repetitive at times Lower pay compared to non rating firms - fair with work life balance
