Pros
Good culture, flexibility with in office work, ESOP*
Cons
Compensation is an issue, they will pay to get you in the door and then the raises are minimal, and they rely heavily on ESOP returns (which is nice on paper….but it’s a retirement plan adder and can’t be used in the interim). Bonuses are hard to come by if at all, you need to be an associate or senior associate or a practice leader to at least get into the bonus pool. And depending on your manager being an associate is easy or incredibly more difficult than need be.
