      Pros

      Good hours, good if you like working with kids and being outside.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low. I didn’t even get paid close to the average national rate. Communication isn’t great. It felt very rushed and I was nagged on a lot about not completing the videos quick enough.

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
