KENTECH Consulting

Is this your company?

Lies, lies, and more lies. Poor lead - Analyst KENTECH Consulting Employee Review

Pros

None, the positive tech-based innovations perceived from the outside dissolve quickly once involved.

Cons

Massive revenue hoarding at the executive level - average employees here make less than fast food wages - roughly $15-16 per hour. The executives talk A LOT about how "busy" they are every meeting, yet show no real initiative on the day to day, do not connect with their employees, offer little to no guidance or educational value, and certainly do not care about the livelihoods being destroyed as a result of the "investigations" being conducted. This organization exists solely to profit off the misfortunes of those involved in the criminal justice system, and NOTHING more.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience at KENTECH Consulting was so negative, and it’s clear that there were significant issues during your time with us that caused deep dissatisfaction. It’s concerning to hear about your frustrations regarding compensation, leadership, and the overall direction of the company. We understand that these are serious concerns, and we regret that you felt disconnected and unsupported by management. The points you raised about the disconnect between leadership and employees are particularly troubling, and we take them very seriously. While your experience was far from what we aim to provide, your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve. We are committed to addressing these issues and ensuring that our values align with the ethical standards we seek to uphold. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, KENTECH Consulting Team

Pros

Remote/Flexible and Coworkers..... no additional pros

Cons

Most of the cons have already been noted in previous posts, so I will elaborate on some of the points made: • Gaslighting and broken promises: Leadership often signals empathy and makes commitments that aren’t followed through. Roles are oversold during the hiring process. • Favoritism: Personal relationships appear to drive special treatment and opportunities. • Compensation: Pay is well below market for the workload and stress level. • Workload: Constant influx of new contracts (often biweekly) without additional staffing. • Management: Leads and managers frequently defer basic questions to subordinates and share inappropriate information (e.g. terminations and employee health details), which feels unprofessional and undermines trust. • Lack of guidance: Employees are expected to solve complex tasks with little direction or support. Bottom line: Between the heavy workload, low pay, and management issues, I would not recommend working at Kentech Consulting.
