Pros
Enormous bonuses every quarter, realistic expectations to receive this. Only ever missed 1 quarter and still earned 25% of my basic on bonuses. Great culture and values. Most extensive training I've ever had. Coaching and recognition is encouraged. Free meal on shift :D
Cons
Hours are awful, often working 60hr+ weeks with no overtime pay, varied shifts mean often finishing 2/3am just to come back in at 9/10am. Your contracted to the company so can be moved anywhere at any time, no incentive to do so, no care for distance/travel. (I was moved to a store 32 miles away so was forced to resign) As with most catering jobs. Recruitment for team members is really hard. So few apply meaning often running understaffed or with people offered positions because "what choice do we have?" Pot luck on your management, loads of success and happy stories but plenty of the opposite too.
