Flexible, taking time off is usually not a problem. Good experience for a first job.
Cons
Extremely stressful at times Very poor pay Management doesn't care about the stress of their staff, as long as they are making money, illegal working conditions..for example working until 12 and starting at 8.. 8 hour shifts with no break. Very poor management team
