Set schedule. decent pay. vacations paid after year and a half, 1 wk. then 2 is max after 2 yrs. Med dental.
Cons
Long shifts. 51 hrs min. To make salary, though I've worked prob. Hundreds for free due to going over hours. Not as up to date as we could be, therefor not giving us the tools to make our jobs more efficient.
