Pros
I've worked many different jobs in the past at many different types of companies. I know what a toxic environment is like and KGI is the complete opposite. I've worked here for over 5 years and I don't plan on changing jobs anytime soon. There's a good work-life balance, great benefits, casual dress, office is fun, and management is supportive as much as they can. Management hosts informative and helpful monthly lunch and learns. The Kampens are an awesome bunch and I'm am grateful to be part of this family. I've read some reviews on here about KGI "firing" people after a few days. Those people who are "fired" are temps. The company wants to ensure the temps are a good fit for KGI and vice versa. Once you become a permanent employee, the turn over rate is extremely low.
Cons
There is a lot of work to get done, which is not a bad thing. But if someone is sprinting for a long time, they will get burnt out quick.
