      Pros

      The schedule is nice, mon-fri. 7-3:30 with some overtime during peak season. Paid time off and paid vacations. The job in general is easy.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to not be open to suggestions. They also like to treat people like they’re nothing, they let good people go and lazy people stay.

      Pros

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.
