Pros
I was blessed with a couple opportunities to advance in the company. Remote work is acceptable. Most of my supervisors were positive to work for. All in all, the company supported me through my developing years, challenged me when I asked, and offered me sustainable employment while building my young family.
Cons
Remote work can get lonely. Stretching across multiple time zones and globally makes it difficult to separate work life from home life. Though I ended up graduating with a degree in management while employed with the company, the options of managing positions were slim and difficult to attain in my specific region, ultimately leading me to accept a management position locally with another telecom player.
