Pros
In good times, there is a relaxed, family-like atmosphere. Hardly any pressure to achieve goals.
Cons
Salaries are not paid on time. Everymonth it is questionable if you receive anything (seriously!). There have been times where we didn't see any money for two or three months. At some point, the outstanding salaries have been paid, but you never have certainty that it will be the case.
The internal communication is horrible.
Hiring was usually done because of connections, rather than competence.
