If there’s a continued issue with your manager and you are not feeling heard by your department head, please come to HR for a discussion. • We keep a pulse on compensation trends across the industry to continue to offer fair and competitive compensation programs. We consider equity in KIND and eligibility for a bonus for all full-time team members a unique part of our overall package.
