• During our last town hall, leadership spoke about the importance of open and honest feedback and the resources and people available to all team members for feedback and suggestions. If there’s a continued issue with your manager and you are not feeling heard by your department head, please come to HR for a discussion.
• We keep a pulse on compensation trends across the industry to continue to offer fair and competitive compensation programs. We consider equity in KIND and eligibility for a bonus for all full-time team members a unique part of our overall package.
