Pros
You will learn to be a dog for multiple managers. Even if the job is not under your KPI, you will be forced to undertake the work especially from managers. The manager will always say they are busy and make you do 80% of their job.
Cons
You will have to learn how to accept the company being very cheapskate. The company is reflected greatly by their shopfront, cheap. When you enter, they will promise you the salary and will purposely extend your probation and then give you a lower salary under the guise of poor performance eventhough you Overtime more than 2 - 3 hours and overtaking other manager jobs. So you are working way over your KPI and receive a lower asking salary. What's worst is if you step on the wrong tail, that person will badmouth you and purpose get you to quit the company
