I had a very disappointing experience working at KLST, and based on my time there, I would not recommend this company to professionals looking for a structured and healthy work environment. The organization lacks clear hierarchy, defined processes, and proper role boundaries. Multiple people assign work simultaneously, and everything is treated as “urgent,” regardless of priority or feasibility. This creates constant pressure and confusion rather than productive collaboration. The work culture is also challenging. There is frequent arguing, little constructive feedback, and employees are often made to feel inadequate regardless of their experience level. Instead of professional discussions, the environment can feel disrespectful and discouraging. The quality standards for design and technical decision-making are also quite low, with expectations focused more on quick output than thoughtful execution. Much of the work involves basic tasks such as slideshow designs or simple WordPress template changes, with limited opportunity for meaningful growth. Additionally, communication and planning are poor. Even basic onboarding commitments were not met properly, and timelines or decisions changed without clear notice. KLST already has several negative reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox, and my experience aligned with many of the concerns shared there. I would strongly suggest reading existing employee feedback carefully before considering an offer. Overall, not a professional or supportive place to work.
